I. Production
     This machine mainly processes the hardness grade below 3 .such as soft mineral,brittle material,tenacious material,etc.and substances that are apt to coagulate into lump.It can smash raw material into various shapes,such as powder,grain and fibre .the size from 10mm to 325mm in the proportion of 100%,i.e.,without residue,and needs no stoving equipment for the raw material before process.
 
II. Structure of this Equipment
1. It consists of main engine(pulverizing engine) and auxiliary engine(including air current winnower,air current generator,powder collector and dust remover).The tiny grains in shape of powder which are due to be collected enter the powder collector(also named centrifugal separator) along with air current generated by the air current generator through air pipe and rotate.Thus the tiny grains are cast on the inner side of  the casing (this costs most of the kinetic energy on the particles) and then drop into the collecting bag.
2. The air current generator is a centrifugal wind genetator.It provides suitable air current pressure and volume for the process of the equipment and serves to remove dust simultaneously.
3. The main body of the dust-remover is shaped in a box and on the lower part of the box a dust notch is set.The box must be installed in a verticle frame.Filter bags are fully disposed in the upper part of the frame.The dust-remover recieves air which contains dust from the centrifugal separator and discharges air through filter bags to space outside the equipment.The efficiency of dust removing is above 99%.Therefore,the processing has no pollution on the environment.when the filtering resistance has increased,the machine can be stopped and the filter bags can be cleaned manually by shaking and the dropped dust is to be collected into dust bag through dust notch on the lower part of the box.

IV. Specification

 Our Warranty: All the equipment must be 100% brand new when leaving our factory. The guarantees quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of exporting date. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, We will replace free one. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.
